............RUN

The entire property has trash everywhere and literally smells like trash both outside in the parking lot cuz of the giant Industrial dumpster and inside the apartment buildings. The management is both doing a poor job of managing day to day functions as well as communicating poorly with the entire community via very unprofessional mass email blasts. Cats everywhere and people feed them and leave that trash. It's like living in a dorm.... If I would've gone to Schitt's Creek Community College,... but worse. The playground is not the right type and is literally falling apart. There are no other amenities here. People don't pick up after their dogs so enjoying any greenspace is out. Maintenance is rude, unmotivated, and will literally just walk into your home with you inside as they please. Really bad spider, ant, and gnat problems no matter how clean you are. Rats running through the walls. The contracting for the renovations was done very poorly. Overall its a very tragic situation don't even play yourself.

Inaccurate pricing

Went to these apartments because of this listing. The leasin ggv agent says the prices are completely wrong on this site and their own website but management wont correct it because they want people to come in.
