I’ve lived here over 2 years and it’s been a positive experience. For the most part my neighbors are quiet. The area is conveniently located and it’s great to be walking distance from MARTA, downtown Decatur, and everything next door. They take great care of the building and amenities-there is someone cleaning the common areas daily! I’ve had no maintenance issues and whenever I’ve needed anything they have come quickly. I like that the maintenance staff seems to be the same people over the last... 2 years and they are always friendly. Working from home I’ve had no issues with the provided WiFi that is included in rent. My only complaints are that the fees for parking, amenity, and pets are a bit steep compared to other similar luxury buildings. If you’re looking for modern, upbeat, and relaxing place to live, Notions is it. I had no major issues for the two years I lived there. Amenities are better and it’s a well managed property. Maintenance staff responds quickly. Decatur has always been a great place to live and venture out especially Downtown Decatur. They have a lot of festivals and events for the seasons. It’s even better if you have the best place to live in even if it’s for a short term.

I moved in when this building opened in September 2022. The leasing office staff are phenomenal! The building is always clean and my apartment is modern yet cozy. My favorite part about living here is all the convenient amenities and Publix is right next door.

Occupying a studio and it is very noisy. Can hear noise from above, loud walking, stomping, banging, can even hear walking down the hallway above. It's horrible!

I have been living at studio 326 at Notion Decatur for the past few months. It's extremely noisy, making it hard to relax, and the humidity is unbearable. I wouldn’t recommend it if you're looking for this unit. Otherwise the complex is really nice!
