I had such a great experience touring with Imani! She was amazing—super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire tour feel comfortable and enjoyable. She answered all of my questions and really took the time to walk me through everything.
The property itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained, smells incredible, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the team really cares about the resident experience. Overall, the staff was very welcoming and professional, which... made a great first impression.
I truly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend

Future Resident Loading…
We first toured Emmi back in July with Jasmine and were super impressed , the building is gorgeous, and Jasmine was amazing! She had such a great personality and never made us feel pressured. We came back last week after our lease ended and got her again, and she was just as bubbly and kind as before. We’re currently going through the screening process and can’t wait to call Emmi home!

Great building, amazing tour!
Emmi Midtown feels like a members only club, so chic and elevated. The amenity spaces are gorgeous, but honestly what sold me was Jasmine. She was engaging, knew everything about the building, and made the whole tour feel fun and personal. I definitely want to lease here with her!

Beautiful community! Definitely worth it.
Emmi Midtown is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The team does a fantastic job maintaining the community’s cleanliness, and the resident events such as movie nights, game nights, plant pop-ups, and Muffin Mondays make living here so much fun. Everyone has been very welcoming, which creates a sense of ease and comfort when using the amenity spaces for me. I would highly recommend moving here, or at the very least touring the beautiful community to see for yourself if it aligns with... your style and vibe!

Best Midtown Vibes
This community is top tier! The amenities blew me away and I love the great floor to ceiling windows. I got to see the views at night when I attended their Twilight Tours with champagne and I can’t wait until my lease ends so that I can move! The team from concierge to maintenance to leasing were all friendly and welcoming. Even the manager stopped to greet me as I checked in for my tour. This place is so different in all the best ways!
