Please refrain from forming an opinion about these apartments based solely on their appearance. As a long-standing resident, I can assure you that the living environment is not satisfactory. One of my neighbors consistently leaves trash on the ground, which remains uncollected for days, creating an unsightly and embarrassing situation, and smoking in the breezeway and dumping ashes on the steps is unacceptable, especially given the breezeway's already poor condition. Additionally, I recently... experienced a concerning incident where a young lady was standing extremely close to my door, which has compromised my sense of safety, although she made a conscious effort to avoid the ring camera. I am looking forward to exploring alternative options once my lease expires. I am extremely dissatisfied with the living conditions and would consider terminating my lease prematurely if financially viable.

This community is so cheaply built that I can hear everything and the neighbors above me are the worst when it comes to stomping, jumping, banging, all type of noises you can think of. I emailed the front office and was completely ignored, I spoke to one of the team members face to face and was told they were going to look into it, still nothing, I then called and spoke with someone who practically told me there’s nothing she can do about it unless it’s after hours smh. Living in this neighborhood has been a truly wonderful experience. From the start, I felt welcomed by the friendly and respectful community. The quiet atmosphere makes it easy to relax, focus, and enjoy peace of mind after a long day. It's the kind of place where neighbors greet each other, and there's a real sense of safety and belonging.

It’s been a pleasure living here. The staff is amazing. The community is always clean. In addition, I do not have to drive to far to get to places I need to go.
