Not worth it!
It’s all glitters and gold when they show you the model apartment until you actually get inside YOUR unit, & I don’t even want to start on that because I’ll be typing all day. So the mailboxes are broke & they’re too cheap to get them fixed so the whole complex has to pick up they’re mail from the post office, in which you can’t even get your mail because it’s not being “processed” very convenient right? They put you in an apartment with a lot of underlying issues that you can’t see until you... move in! I’ve been here since the summer & still waiting on multiple things to be fixed STILL. They want their rent on time but I have to beg & WAIT to get things fixed?!

Please know that our goal is to provide residents with a... comfortable and well-maintained community. We would really appreciate the opportunity to look into the situation help get them reviewed. Our apartments come in 3 different finishes. The model is just one of those. We apologize if the differences were not discussed prior to leasing. In addition, the mailboxes were replaced last year, but USPS required a newer model, which has been scheduled with the vendor. Please contact the Leasing office for more details.
