My unit had a stove that would short out and emit sparks if you turned on the back burners. I would call management about it and they would send maintenance to fiddle with the wires and declare it fixed, only for the same issue to happen again a few weeks later. Their policy is to do the bare minimum to make things work and leave as quickly as possible. You will also have to keep your AC constantly running or mildew will grow on every soft surface you own.

I have lived in this place for a year and the air quality in the apartment was awful. The units around smoked and all the smell came into the apartment l, the air vents were never cleaned I put a request for them to be cleaned I even left it open so they can see. On the camera I saw they went in and went in with a vacuum and a new filter. I unfortunately was at work when all this happened but when I arrived it was still dirty and turning on the ac or heater made it hard for us to breath and the... air was not good for my newborn regardless of how many times I cleaned. The washer and dryer in unit was horrible it ruined ALL of my white clothes and light color clothes and left what looks like rust stains. I put multiple request about this and I was told the units were not going to be changed because it was their newest but everything was getting ruined. Then one of the maintenance guys he really tried to be helpful but unfortunately was denied. He told me it the water heater that is messed up and he tried to order a new one especially since he saw the baby. Our water when you first turned it on would come out brown and rusty and that the same water going into the washer. The water was always dirty especially if the complex decided to turn of water completely. Sometimes we had to go days without using the water because even after letting it run for a while it still would come out dirty. I sent pictures of the office of how it looked and they did nothing about they would say they would put a request for maintenance to check but never did. When I put request they would take couple days to come out. The office team has changed multiple times since being there but they all have been lazy and not helpful at all. It's been almost a year since I moved in, and the air conditioner has broken down about 20 times, and sometimes even if you ask for a repair, it won't come for 2-3 days. I get an email saying the issue has been resolved. The repair request history is not showing. Not only the air conditioner but also the ceiling of the house below is leaking, so we visited our house for a few days to repair it. Apparently, there's no problem. Even after repairs, the house downstairs still has a complaint that... water drops from the ceiling. On a rainy day, even if my house closes the windows, the water drops from above. I've asked for the air conditioner repair five times since yesterday morning, but it didn't come until this evening. Nonetheless, we didn't get angry. It's 84 degrees now. Even if I have a 3-month-old baby, it doesn't get processed quickly. In the winter, I even spend the night without a heater. I've tried to keep my fetus warm. The management are liars & act like newbies, they are lazy and horrible & claim they will fix issues in apartments but never come and do it even after MONTHS. WILL EVEN GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE SURE THEY DONT. this place sucks to live at & id recommend going anywhere but here truly(:

I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants to live comfortably. It’s been a headache ever since I’ve lived here due to continuous maintenance issues. I’ve never had to put in so many work orders for an apartment until moving living here. And there’s no sense of urgency to fix major problems, such as air conditioning units. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
