Great Place to Call Home
I have lived here for 5 years. This complex is a hidden gem in the concrete jungle of North Atlanta. The place was originally built as employee housing for IBM in the early 1980's. IBM housed global employees here instead of paying for extended, sometimes years long, hotel stays. The complex has lots of room between buildings and an intentionally low person per square foot ratio. There are tons of large, old trees. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained.
The next best thing... about living here is that the complex is owned by ECI group, a professional management group based here in Atlanta. The company is actually in it for the long term. The absolute best thing about living here is the two resident managers. I will not name them personally but they both live onsite and are committed to making the Columns at Lake Ridge a great place to call home.
