Good place

The only bad thing is that sometimes It’s hard to find a parking spot and I feel the apartment could’ve looked newer, it’s a bit out dated. Other than that, I’ve never had issues, anytime I had a maintenance issue it was resolved within a day.

WASTEFUL!

Please don’t waste your money here. The apartments are loud, disgusting, and infested with roaches! maintenance takes forever. i had to call pest control MANY times. The schools here are one of the worst in the state. There’s no benefit in moving here. The worst year of my life moving here. If you do chose to move here, the roaches and other bugs (silverfish, centipedes) will greet you at the door!!!

family friendly

It's very well maintained. Very family friendly and pet friendly has direct access to Silver Comet trail. Has a pool clubhouse has a parks and grills for your use some pleasure Apartments are very spacious and up to date the apartments are over overall a good place to live

The Columns at Hiram

I have lived in multiple states and lived in about 12 apartments due to job transfers. I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally. It almost has to be a mid level management culture. I am stunned that they operate several complexes and continue to stay in business. I am trapped here for another 11 months. DON'T.
