Very clean and well-maintained apartments, Cj was a big help. He was a very respectful young man.

This community is so well tucked no one would know it’s there. The prices are affordable compared to the area. Their gate is closed 24/7. The staff is professional too.

Decent price however the layout is horrendous! How can you mount a tv and put a couch in the living room. (1 bedroom virtual view) it’s kinda nice but the living room is crazy!

Please stay away from these apartments the staff, management and application is a total mess , no one ever answers the phone and they ignore the tenants already living at the apartments, when I was the leasing office the tenants that live there where complaining about being ignored and work orders never being answered, please save yourself the headache and money and find somewhere else !

I’m not sure why all of the reviews were deleted, but just for anyone apartment hunting, I’ve been out here since 2021 it’s not the perfect complex but it’s worth it, def if it’s the first apartment. We have been under new managements for the past couple of months and currently a new management with nothing working. The pool has been closed for 2 years, the gates has never worked more than a day, the trash can is an eyesore when turning into the community. It’s a new towing company who like to... tow for the smallest things. Maintenance has not fixed anything in my apartment in particular since January. I’ve put the same request in over and over and over and everytime they ask for my name to add me to the list. Also, check for roaches. It’s like they’re in the wall, you barely see them but when you do they run underrrr the counters or behind the walls, or under baseboards. So yeah I’d say a cool 5/10 honestly. Read More
