Not the best choice for apartments.

The maintenance staff is horrible. Garbage is everywhere around the trashcan. The gate never words. When the gate does work, the gate key doesn't work. The gym is disgusting, there are dead roaches there. The pool is meant to be open on the 29th of May, but it isn't. There is trash EVERYWHERE outside, cats have been roaming free, there aren't any lights installed in the apartments, you'll have to go buy your own. Black mold is in the A/C vent. You could mention a problem in your apartment a… month before they actually come to fix it. There are diapers and trash buried in the sand at the playground.

We've welcomed this as an opportunity to improve and can assure you we take every report to our leasing office with great care as our residents are our top… priority. Our maintenance team maintains the common areas and community on a daily basis. We are actively working to have our pool ready for our residents. We are currently working on repairs and continue to provide our residents with updates every step of the way. Unfortunately, our gate was recently hit and we are working with our vendor for repairs. We'd like the opportunity to gather more information on your review and ensure any concerns you may be experiencing are addressed. Older gated property in Griffin. Love hanging at the walking track with grills on nice afternoons.

OLD , ROACH INFECTED , FALSE ADVERTISING

Apartments are very old , no lights in the bedroom , Roaches are everywhere. Please do not be fooled by the pictures. They are not worth the asking prices.

Dishonest.

The quoted rents and available dates listed on this site and their own site are wrong. They will increase the rent and push back the move-in date. Do not do business with these liars.

We use a YieldStar program that gives us daily pricing - A unit may show available on the intranet and website but as soon as someone applies for that unit, it is no longer available but will not update until the night batch. We do not change rent… or move-in date as your comment states. If a prospect decides to change their move-in date, the price will change based off the move-in date. If a prospect doesn't provide the proper documentation and we have to cancel the application, the price will change if you apply again.
