Very Disappointing
The property maintenance has significantly deteriorated during my two-year residency here. My concern is the consistent lack of professionalism and responsiveness from certain staff members. The general demeanor and apparent lack of concern of basic acknowledgment when encountering resident contribute to an unwelcoming and supportive environment.
I have had several critical maintenance issues that have been repeatedly reported without resolution causing considerable inconvenience. For three... weeks I have initiated service request after service concerning continuously running toilet and lack of hot water in my shower. I have to shower in lukewarm warm, and it's very quick. Despite my attempt of submitting service request and 3 or more weeks later and nothing has been resolved.
Maintenance did come out and brought a replace fill valve that too big for the toilet. Now the toilet is running water faster than a speeding car. I have to turn the water on and off every time I need to use the bathroom, and this is so inconvenience. My toilet top has to sit on the floor now. The assistance manager shows no concerns. Because I have friends that are Managers at other Big Apartments, I have to asked one of their maintenance supervisors to come look at why I am unable to get hot water to my shower, since Retreat maintenance is not knowledgeable to fit the problem. It's to cold to continue to bathe in cold water.
