Don’t recommend
Honestly, I’ve had too many issues with this apartment complex. The first problem was that my rent was changed without any notice. Thankfully, that situation was eventually corrected, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
The second issue is the trash valet service. We pay $38 every month, yet there have been multiple occasions when the trash was not picked up. When I spoke to the office about it, they said they were just waiting for the contractor’s agreement to end, which is... frustrating considering residents are still being charged for the service.
I also have a small dachshund who does bark, and I understand that it can be annoying at times. However, as a responsible dog owner, I need to take him outside periodically. Out of courtesy for others, I limit his time outside to no more than 10 minutes every 4–5 hours during the day (never during quiet hours). I understand that neighbors may have concerns, but it’s upsetting that instead of trying to find a reasonable compromise, I was simply told not to take him out.
Overall, these ongoing issues have been very frustrating.
