Worst place I’ve ever lived in it took them 4 months to fix one problem

Laurie dasy and Natacha are sweet. No bad energy. Things aren't perfect. But most of it is the neighbors. They are breaking the trash compactor by throwing things in the wrong place and dumping furniture into it. My neighbors leave hot garbage in front of their doors for days. People picnic and leave the garbage by the lake.
Management is a bit slow to respond to maintenance request because the larger operation things need attention first. But if the community worked together or if they had the... instructions then things would be smoother. Maybe they shud put garbage cans around the lake and put a sign saying do not place garbage here. It would lead to less drama. The apts are older and by the lake and may have issues with moisture. Purchasing a de humidifier helps. But the view is amazing and the price is decent. I am happy. Things aren't perfect or high class even but it's what you make of it. The very worst place to live, thrashes everywhere, rude, unprofessional staff.
Maintenace request are veeeery slow to respond to if at all.
For your sanity, please stay away

This apartment complex does not keep up with the property at all. They refuse to fix anything. The apartments are very overpriced and no updated appliances. The A/C is constantly out. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

My boyfriend and I were eager to move into Brentwood Downs. The location and the place surely are beautiful. However, we changed our minds as soon as we met the staff currently working in the leasing office. The staff did everything at their hand to make us feel uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. I keep asking myself, why do they lease apartments if they do not want you moving into them? We had to ask questions that were being unasked and had to beg for better explanations. However, we still... wanted to move because the place was beautiful and the price decent. It was a mistake. They did not help us during the moving-in transition and they made it extremely difficult. They weren't flexible, understanding, or even human. They treated us poorly, us who were wanting to become part of their community. In the end, we decided to stop the application process. We decided that we did not want to live in a place where we had to deal with these people daily. The apartments are great but the staff is awful. I want to live in a place surrounded by approachable and helpful staff who will help me if I need it. Brentwood Downs has a nice lake, but not staff who will make you feel valued and welcomed, and that is a serious problem. Read More
