Unacceptable Living Conditions – Extremely Disappointed

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. Unfortunately, my time at this apartment has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.

Pest Infestation: The presence of cockroaches is overwhelming and constant. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no effective pest control or resolution.

Poor Maintenance: Maintenance requests are either ignored or severely delayed.... Basic upkeep of the property is lacking, and residents are left to deal with issues on their own.
Unresponsive Management: Communication with the management team is practically non-existent. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, and concerns are routinely dismissed or ignored.
Amenities Neglected: The pool has been closed indefinitely without explanation or updates. It's clear that amenities advertised are not being maintained or made available to residents.

Trash & Cleanliness: Garbage is not collected on time, leading to overflow and unsanitary conditions around the property.

Overall, this has been one of the worst rental experiences I've had in Atlanta. I do not recommend this property to anyone seeking a safe, clean, and professionally managed living environment.

Sadly been a resident for 2 years, and we moved into a roach infested unit .. after talking to neighbors we realized that it wasn’t just us, it was the entire building. Huge ones get inside, and run around the parking lot in the summer. The pool is never open, laundry room is nasty and washers never work, constantly

major cockroach infestation. large ones. Spacious pretty units but not worth it if you have bugs as roommates. Dont move here

Terrifying cockroach infestation even if you keep your place clean and buy your own baits and spray. large ones crawling in my shower and on my bed/my arms at night and I don't EVER leave trash or food out. Never seen anything like it before. Its horrific and doesnt seem to end no matter what I do.
Maintenance will ignore requests for months and there is no "emergency" maintenance available despite what they tell you. I love it here, the community is wonderfuk, barely any outside noise, the children here are splendid, the workers are friendly, the apartments are 10/10, and I just love how they’ll help you with any problem you could have.
