Arbor Crossing

I moved in Arbor Crossing in June, the office staff/leasing agents are friendly and helpful. I had several of questions and concerns with my move in process and they made it easy.

I moved from Florida to Atlanta, that was 4years ago and I have been living in Arbor Crossing Apartments since.The staff members are so professional. They are quick to resolve the needs of the residents.Living here is nothing less than spectacular.

I've been living here going on three years. It is a quiet and peaceful community. Management is responsive to any of my concerns in a timely manner. From picking up trash left throughout the property outside by litterers daily by hand, to printing documents as needed in the office via email, the staff goes above and beyond when offering world class customer service. Listen, I just had a small apartment fire, and major repairs had to be made in my apartment. The maintenance staff was in the… apartment that very first night working, and within three weeks, I was back in my place, comfortable, and made whole. DO NOT MOVE HERE! this was the worst 2 years of my life. the staff is terrible. they aren’t helpful at all and they are extremely rude. there’s a huge bug problem and we pay for pest control but we don’t receive it. the water gets shut off every other week for “an emergency maintenance issue” and it lasts for hours. they only send you an email right before they turn it off. the ac breaks every season.
