Solid Good place to save your money and grow into something better, it’s just okay, but that’s great considering how many horrible complexes exist. No bugs, neighbors are only a little loud but even with a kid up there the noise isn’t horrible. Parking is okay, just don’t always expect to get a super close spot, but yeah very solid place

Why lease an apartment at Mableton Ridge in Mableton, Georgia. 1.The apartment complex has good sanitation practices since the new management takeover.
2.Rapid respinse to resident's maintenance issues.
3.The apartmentbcomplex feels and looks safe as compared to under the previous management 5yrs ago.

I been here a total of 6 years and Lederrick came to my home after the maintenance request and he had great customer service and fixed the problem in less than an hour my A. C. had a problem in this hot weather.

This apartment complex management offers exceptional excellent service. Whenever i have problems in my unit or payment issues,they go out of their way and worked with me.I highly recommended them if you are currently looking for a place to call home.TRY THE BEST - MABLETON RIDGE APARTMENTS - A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

My Opinion I’ve been here 4 yrs now and have experienced the before C&W management take over and the improvements have bee significantly better. Keep doing what you’re doing to improve the living expenses here at Mableton Ridge.
