I been here a total of 6 years and Lederrick came to my home after the maintenance request and he had great customer service and fixed the problem in less than an hour my A. C. had a problem in this hot weather.

This apartment complex management offers exceptional excellent service. Whenever i have problems in my unit or payment issues,they go out of their way and worked with me.I highly recommended them if you are currently looking for a place to call home.TRY THE BEST - MABLETON RIDGE APARTMENTS - A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

My Opinion I’ve been here 4 yrs now and have experienced the before C&W management take over and the improvements have bee significantly better. Keep doing what you’re doing to improve the living expenses here at Mableton Ridge.

We are 70 years old and moved in 2 years ago and are living in unlovable circumstances. We have put in several requests to maintnance to fix or ac and in 3 months it has yet to be resolved. There are roaches in our apartment and has begun to get worse. There was a leak in the water lines that has still yet to be fixed and there is now mold in the apartment you can smell it. I would not recommend anyone to live here. Management is horrible and maintenance is non-existent.
