I would like to take a moment to give an excellent word of recognition to the maintenance team, especially Mandela and the other maintenance gentleman whose name I unfortunately can’t remember.

They both do an amazing job, and you can genuinely tell that they care about the residents and take pride in their work. Mandela, in particular, is always professional, respectful, and determined to make sure every issue is addressed and resolved properly. He doesn’t just come in and do the bare… minimum—he actually takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of.

I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to the maintenance team. They work hard to keep the community in good shape and make sure the residents are comfortable.

I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. The community is wonderful, the staff is great, and the maintenance team truly goes above and beyond. Thank you, Mandela, and thank you to the entire maintenance team for all that you do!

New Tenant

Moved in over the weekend everything g went smooth. Jenn helped me through application process. She was very helpful! I am very satisfied and love love love my place!
