My specialties include lakefront property on Lake Sinclair, Lake Oconee, and Lake Tobesofkee, along with homes and land in North Macon, Bolingbroke, Forsyth, Gray, and Juliette, and I work across Middle Georgia beyond those areas as well. I grew up splitting my time between Lake Sinclair and Houston County, and I live in Monroe County today with a second home on Lake Sinclair, so lake property is personal to me. I know the difference between a good view and a good investment. I'm a Broker, not just an agent. That means more education and stricter continuing ed requirements than a standard agent, and it means I lead a growing team of REALTORS® at my company. Beyond my Bachelor of Science degree, I've completed extensive continuing education in real estate, commercial real estate, business brokering, business, marketing and lending. I'm also a licensed mortgage loan officer and know current lending requirements inside and out, so I can guide you through preapproval and financing directly, without sending you elsewhere to get that piece figured out. As an investor myself, I own investment properties and have completed several fix and flip projects. That hands-on experience means I can tell sellers exactly which prep and renovation projects are worth spending money on before listing, and which ones won't move the needle. For buyers, I can help you look past paint colors and dated finishes and picture the simple, affordable changes that would make a house feel like yours. I particularly enjoy working with clients navigating a life change: a growing family, a downsizing move, a relocation, or the purchase of a long planned vacation home. Real estate decisions are rarely random, and I like understanding the reason behind the move so I can serve the actual goal, not just the transaction. Earlier in my career, I ranked in the top 3% for sales in the local MLS. These days I've chosen a more boutique approach, working with fewer clients so I can personally handle each relationship myself, from our first conversation through closing and beyond. After years of living and working in Middle Georgia, I have trusted connections to lenders, inspectors, and contractors, along with recommendations for good local doctors, restaurants, and other everyday needs for anyone relocating to the area. I've been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2016 and opened Georgia's Home Team Realty in 2020.
