Disappointed

I have been living here for a few months; picked this place most importantly because it was supposed to be a smoke free complex. So no one should smoke in their apartment or anywhere on the property, but unfortunately that is far from being the case. I have addressed it several times with the management but nothing has been done about this situation . I’m very disappointed.

If you need any help with your moving process, ask for ms angel she helped me and my brother and Ik I gave her a hard time she didn’t catch an attitude not 1 time. Best decision we made!

Love it here

I must say, I'm incredibly impressed with Aldridge Town Village! From the moment I arrived, the location stood out it's convenient, peaceful, and just feels like home. But what really made the experience special was the amazing customer service I received from Angel and Mary. They were both so welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. From getting me situated to answering every question with a smile, they’ve made the entire transition smooth and stress free.

Now, let’s talk about the apartment… it's absolutely lovely and honestly more than I expected. I was shocked in the best way! to discover a washer and dryer in the unit, which I don’t even recall being mentioned beforehand. That surprise alone made my day. And the high ceilings and huge doors, total game changer. As someone who gets claustrophobic in tight spaces, those features immediately made the apartment feel open, airy, and comfortable.

All in all, I’m beyond happy with my decision to move here. Highly recommend Aldridge Town Village to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live with a warm, supportive team behind it.

Just Beautiful!

We adore our cozy two bedroom, and are so appreciative of James B. and his service maintenance crew. They are always fast and efficient! The grounds are beautifully kept and there are many amenities here, including a salt water pool. This is a perfect location, with conveniences located everywhere. We love living here!

A Step Above all Others

I have lived at Aldridge for almost 7 years in a 1 bedroom! I am leaving as I am getting married and moving into a house, that is the only reason! I would be here for another 7. Mr. James has been there since the beginning and he was still there as I was I was pulling out the last of my belongings to hand turn in the keys. Always a smiling face and knowledge of the property and very genuine and kind. However the entire team is superb. The newer team members seems to mesh very well also so… Aldridge knows how to pick quality team members, respond promptly and professionally, and run a clean, complex. I would highly recommend!
