Not a good place to live
This place does not care about the living conditions. The amenities listed are filthy and not usable. Trees falling on cars. Homeless people living under buildings. These people do not care.

Amateur Hour in Marietta
The management company currently in charge of Garden Terrace, Zavala, is small, inexperienced and not to be trusted. Renting here is extremely inconvenient for those who have gone paperless as they have no online payment process and do not take debit/credit cards at the leasing office. Further, upon leaving after a properly ended lease term, they like to deduct a $75 cleaning fee from your returned deposit, even though said fee is NOT MENTIONED anywhere in the lease paperwork. Paint and... carpet maintenance are neither offered nor done, yet one is docked even more for THEIR inattention to those minor details! Renters also endure a complex with no pool, no gym, no business center, and 4 poorly maintained washers and dryers serving (barely) a complex of 90 or so units. Glad to be gone from there!
