This place is the worst place I have ever lived at in my entire life. Not only do I pay $50 a month for valet trash just for the owners to not take my trash out but they also show up to our apartment unannounced without any notice or anything and come inside. They fixed the handle on our washer but never sent us an email telling us that they would be coming. One of our vapes went missing the same day they showed up unannounced. I live there for 6 months and each month was a new issue. Lease office didn’t fix the floods , the mold, flooding and ceilings. I had move out before my lease ended because health and anxiety issues because of this place

I left 5 messages in an effort to have them contact me so I could come view the property. They never returned any call or responded to any email. If they won't bother returning any communication, then how are they going to treat a renter needing something important? I certainly hope that the leasing office takes this and changes their customer service attention to prospective renters.

Constant maintenance issues, flooding in the kitchen. Bugs, roaches, centipedes, mold. Multiple break-ins in the past few weeks. Just do yourself a favor, and please don't move here. The leasing office will constantly ignore your calls for assistance, and they often "forget" about problems unless you threaten to get a housing inspector involved, then they suddenly remember. Wouldn't let any of my family or friends live here.

Renting here was the absolute worse whether it be the old company or the new. The new company expected you to remain in this filth as they try to improve but yet things were no better..if you can find somewhere else to rent RUN for it and not towards a disaster of renting here. Upkeep is horrible but yet I paid my fee to move but still was charged for the the unkept apartment with no regards of all of the issues. Nasty overflowing dumpster, trash in hallways, roach infestation, nasty smells,... baseboards that look as if they have been installed since it was built, corroded since fixtures, leaking air conditioner chipped tubs even after being so called sprayed with whatever cheap paint they use and etc...and to think......NONE OF THE STAFF LIVE IN THE APARTMENTS....SMH Read More
