Marquis Place Apartments

I love their renovated apartments but what I don't like is that they are about to knock down the complex. This would have been a place that I would have stayed in for a while. I guess good things must come to an end.

At first I was so excited to move here. Now I have mold and they wont do anything about it. I would use the money to move my son and I somewhere else.??

Bad maintanance ,roaches no good bad carpet I want floor no nasty carpet

My townhouse is a wonderful size for a family of 4. I love the fact that there's 3 bathrooms, especially inside the master bedroom but I must say; I wouldn't recommend anyone to move in here. There's a huge pest control & electric problem within all the units. Then management takes forever fixing things. Definitely overpriced!!! Beware

People tend to be negative when they get evicted and make it seem like this is a bad property. Quite frankly I'm happy with this place. In fact lived here when it was Casa Mia Trace back when I was in my early 20s getting my first place. I like where Inlive and your home is what you make it.
