Management is dishonest.

What you’re told in person often doesn’t match what actually happens. I was misled more than once, and when I followed up, the story changed. They don’t take accountability and will spin things to avoid responsibility. Get everything in writing or expect to be blindsided.

Don’t even get me started with the roaches no matter how many pest control requests you submit and how those requests take such long time despite following up multiple times and stating how urgent it... is.

Been living here for 4 years very poor office staff sons room floods everytime it rains been complaining for it to get fixed the whole time been living here the office staff just brushes the situation off I mean why should they care they don’t have to deal with it and the worst of it is the roaches this complex is definitely infested again apartments may look nice but this community is horrible and the office staff is even worse !! Do yourself a favor and just don’t do it

On move in day the apartment was infested with roaches. We contacted leasing and management and were told " We didn't notice any bugs during renovations" However they set us up for pest control to come until issue was resolved. Pest control is included in your monthly rent every month. Pest control came every Monday for 3 months with zero to no improvements. Also on day two of move in though we did not use or run the dishwasher it was flooding the apartment. Maintenance came to resolve... dishwasher issue and asked "Did you use it" were we then responded with " No we haven't even touched it" Since then the apartment has flooded 8 times from the dishwasher. The neighbors under us are constantly arguing and fighting and in one particular incident the cops came to their apartment 3 times in one day finally resulting in the cops arresting one of them for domestic violence. Where he staid for 26 days yet returned back. Our dogs were behind the gate at the dog park on the property. Another person came up to the fence with their dog. That dog attacked and injured our dogs through the fence. One of our dogs looked like a cheese grater had been taken to her nose as the dog had bit and locked onto her nose through the fence. Our other dog had and injury under his right eye with teeth marks that looked like a porcupine had gotten ahold of him. Two weeks after my twins were born our AC went out. It was out for days with no help or response from management or staff. When it got to 89 degrees in the apartment we physically went into leasing office to ask for assistance. One of the leasing agents said " maybe try opening a window" as if my two week old babies could tolerate the heat and have no risk of over heating....... a week later the ac was still out and they finally brought us a portable ac unit to use until issue was fully resolved. Management can only be contacted by email as they are never available or in office. They take a month plus to respond and penalize you for any late fees errors etc. though proper communication on your part were made and attempts were made in a timely manner by you. I would highly suggest choosing any apartment but this one to live. They also painted the tub and tiles so when you go to clean the tub and bath it all starts peeling and chipping. When brought up to management we were told we would have to vacate the property for three days for them to resurface the tub properly. Simply stated do not move here. Read More

This place is filled with roaches. Do not do it. It completely disgusting. You wont be able to eat in your kitchen or cook. The appliances, everything is infested.

This apartment complex may seem nice on the outside. The management will not return your phone calls. You will try to go into the office or call them in the middle of a week day and not get a response. I had issues with destruction of property and could not get ahold of anyone. I requested the property manager to call me multiple times. She would not.

There is crime, drugs, people fighting, and bugs. The pool was closed due to the police getting called. They do not care about who they let in... to live here.

The facilities guys are helpful, but they are understaffed. Please find elsewhere to live. I have lived in apartments for 10 years and this is the worst one I have had. Read More
