The Bentley at Marietta Apartamentos

I’ve lived here for two years and I’ve had the same complaints since I’ve lived here. You have to pay for a trash they won’t let you take that out out of your lease agreement yet they never come to get the trash. They made me wait 15 months to get a leak repaired in my bathroom, which made me pay More each month and added to my water bill due to the consistent drip. the workers in the leasing office love to keep the doors closed even when the office is open the doors will be closed and locked,... so they don’t have to deal with people same goes for the gym which is only accessible from the leasing office. The pool has only been open a few months in the two years that I’ve lived here the complex has been power washed once in the two years that I’ve lived here, even though there are lights that stay on right beside your front door and creates a magnet for moths and spiderwebs. The tenants do not abide by the quiet hours, which has resulted in me not being able to sleep and being woken up at anytime between 12 AM and 8 AM. Almost everyone here has multiple cars and a work van so you never get to park in your own spot in front of your apartment. There’s stray cats and ducks that stay on the property and people feed them by leaving food on the ground or they end up getting into the trash that never gets picked up on time. This complex is also right off of S. Cobb Dr., which is an extremely busy street and the complex does not have an additional entrance. Lee mas

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. At first glance everything seems nice but that’s how they get you. I’m so glad that my lease is up. The amenities you pay for are terrible. The mailboxes are janky looks like someone tries to break in your mailbox. They have random emergency water shut offs at least twice a month and they don’t even notify you in enough time. The dumpster is always full and they keep switching the valet trash days. Cheap cover ups, all of my windows had mold around it.... Maintenance is horrible, I put in a request for something to get fixed, they’ll mark it as resolved and never set foot in my unit, I know this because I have cameras and I work from home. I went 5 months with no ac, maintenance was supposed to fix that and they never did no matter how many times I put in a request for it to be fixed. ROACHES EVERYWHERE and I’m a clean person so paying for pest control is a waste. I put in a request for them to clean my vents because when I first moved in there was lent coming OUT of the vents, maintenance didn’t want to fix that. All of my request for minor things to get fixed when I first moved in were never fixed. The walls are thin and my upstairs neighbors where so loud and rude, stomping at anytime during the day and night. They put trash in my trash can. This place is over priced for what you get. And you can forget about your security deposit at the end of your lease because they don’t even answer the phone. Only thing good about this place is the view from my unit. Lee mas

Please DO NOT be fooled by the nice pictures and half renovation. Everything is strictly cosmetic. No real strides to improve the property. Additionally, during the hours of heavy traffic, you have to play chicken to get out of the neighborhood. People from surrounding neighborhoods walk through and hop the fence as a short cut to wherever they live. The dumpster area is always a nightmare. The unit above me has roaches (she is a clean lady). The dumpster area is an entire nightmare. There is a... serious rodent problem. All around, we are leaving as soon our lease is up to never return.

The new management team here are rude and dishonest. They will tell tenants one thing then tell you something totally different on another day concerning a matter. I would recommend people to look in another direction for apartments living. They don’t answer the phones in the leasing office. So disrespectful.
