Grounds are pathetically maintained… very much looks like the tired and old apartment complex it is (original 1980’s build). Mgmt company has been radically increasing rent and fees over the past 2.5 years with little to no improvements. Mgmt rarely ever answers the phone and even more rarely returns calls. Resident quality has become increasingly more “sketchy”. They get a new property manager in there every 4 to 6 months… zero consistency of service. All in all it is a safe apartment complex. It is quiet, and generally pleasant. There could be more professional touches with the apartments as far as details. The apartments are quite expensive, but not as nice as others that cost quite a bit less. Also, every year the pool gets murky and has leaves in it making it unpleasant to go for a swim. The landscaping is ok, but not exceptional. It is an average to slightly below average apartment complex with rent that is quite a bit above... average. Located close to Marietta Square, this is a great location to live. It's at the base of Kennesaw Mountain, surrounded by woods. it's a peaceful, quiet community. Office staff and maintenance are nice and quick to respond. Neighbors are friendly, taking daily walks, and conversing by the pool. The pool area is like being at a resort, with a grill, fire pit, and lounge seating. This community is the best hidden gem!!

Wood Pointe Apartments have been my home since 2004. It's not the bricks and sticks that keeps me satisfied as a long term renter - it’s the Human Factor! The staff at Wood Pointe are engaging, professional and take pride in assisting their residents. Maintenance is friendly, helpful and respectful. It is not uncommon to see them wave at residents passing by or stop and address a concern. I know my neighbors and their pets by name and everyone looks out for one another. Everything I need... is within a five minute drive including numerous restaurants, grocery stores and retail shopping centers. It is the peacefulness that surrounds this community that I embrace.
