My name is Ronald Cuadra, I have been in the Atlanta area since 1980. I have been involved in Real Estate as a part-time investor since 2000 and obtained my Real Estate license in December 2003. I have always made it my goal to be as educated and well informed as possible so I can better help those whom I represent in their transactions. I am constantly taking courses, reading articles, and trying to keep up to date in an ever-changing world. I became a KW agent in 2014. It is the best career move I have ever made. I am an active agent in the Northeast area of Metro Atlanta. Additionally, I have been blessed to work with great agents and great leaders in the company. I am actively involved in the international expansion, especially in Nicaragua and Costa Rica where we already have many offices and over 200 agents ready to serve your needs. I am an Ignite and Bold graduate and I have been given the chance to teach Ignite and a few other KW courses in several countries. My hobbies are varied I mostly enjoy swimming, hiking, chess & cooking. I am bilingual, English/Spanish, and considering picking up a third language soon. I welcome your referrals!.
