A Beautiful Place to Call Home

Absolutely love this property! The community is always clean and well-maintained, and the location is incredibly convenient. The amenities are gorgeous and offer such a great space to relax and enjoy. I also love the layout, it feels spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed.

The office team deserves a special shoutout as well. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a beautiful property with an amazing team and a great place to call home! ??????????

In Love

I really love the overall cleanliness of the community as well as the leasing office is open 7 days a week. It gives off a concierge vibe as they help with everything Ellis at Huntcrest and more. My family and I have lived here since they released their first building and have been truly blessed to be apart of such an amazing community since. The monthly community events truly make you feel like your somewhere else experiencing your best life. Hands down, the best property and staff we've… experienced ever.

Blown Away, Must Tour, Apply & Live!!

My experience at The Ellis at Huntcrest was unlike any I’ve experienced thus far within the Gwinnett area. This community is everything I’ve dreamed of from the size of the units, the aesthetics of the common areas and amenities to the extra extraordinaire staff, Ellis At Huntcrest is a one stop literally.

I recently tour The Ellis at Huntcrest. The staff was extremely welcoming, so much so that I was taking a back at the high level of service they offered. The community is beautiful as well as the apartments themselves. Very spacious layouts, and the amenities are awesome! This place really gives off resort vibes.

Don't Be fooled

Let me say this first. We stayed there for 9 months, and it was the worst living experience we have ever had. We have rented and owned and built homes. At moving in there was a surprise 200-dollar charge after we had already signed and had our moving company set up for delivery the next morning. Then from the new construction the apartment was not cleaned, and we had to clean it ourselves. Theses should have been a warning sign that we should have figured out how to move out sooner.
Then just… a few months into our stay we had the fire alarms to go off for 12 days in total. All were in the late night hours except for two days where it went off multiple times during the entire Saturday. This went on for 3 months until finally the fire department called once they found out from us that the maintenance there had given the residents the code to just silence the alarm. So, if you want to take the Risk in staying with a POORLY managed brand-new facility. Then take your chances because all they said to us was we are so sorry that this all happened but no concessions for messing up your life while they were home sleeping sound. Oh, and for the record we were in building 4 but other buildings had issues as well. Especially the elevators too.
