I applied for an apartment a month ago and was finally told, after weeks for my paperwork to process and approve, that the unit was no longer available. As it turns out they put up listings before the tenants have decided if they are staying or moving.

My applications fees also weren't refundable as you can only get a refund if you cancel within three days of applying. It took longer than that to process the application. Apply if you like being ignored for days and weeks on end and wasting... your money. Read More

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. My move-in date was postponed not once, not twice, but three times. During this entire process, I consistently had to be the one calling on the day of to see whether it was ready or not. I emailed corporate and got no response from them, but I did receive a phone call from the property manager literally yelling at me asking me "do you understand that when you email corporate they just call me" in an extremely demeaning tone. She then proceeded to accuse me of forgetting my... showing yesterday when I had not only called and left a voicemail asking if it was ready, but I sent an email as well. She lied about me having asked for a move-in date of next month, lied about me having said I don't have the money to move in right now, and the list goes on. When I asked if the unit was ready she said she wasn't sure yet. Ok so you're the manager and didn't bother checking if it was ready before calling me to accuse me of forgetting my showing? Then she told me it wouldn't be ready till next week and asked me what I wanted to do and I told her I of course still wanted to move in but I needed to be notified prior to my appointment if it was ready for me to see (so I wouldn't waste yet ANOTHER drive to Norcross) and she told me she wasn't going to do that and it wasn't her responsibility to let me know if the apartment was ready yet but it was my responsibility to call and ask. Ok I did that and you didn't respond to my voicemail or my email until the day after so...? This woman was literally yelling at me over the phone, lying to me about this and that, and then didn't even apologize for anything until she sent an email wherein (of course) her tone changed completely. I'm guessing because she didn't want her higher ups to see how she REALLY treats people. I have quite literally never dealt with such horrendous customer service. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Do not move here as they will add a balace to your account months after you move out and not tell you a reason why. They have added a balance to my account 5 months after I have moved out and reported it to collections. I have proof of a zero dollar balance upon moveout BUT NO ONE is answering the phone. I have called over 45 times to the complex and no one is answering the phone. I have sent plenty of emails with no response. I have receipts of everything with no response!
