Great Property

So far so good! The leasing staff has been helpful and the property is new and close to the forum. It's been a good experience getting situated in a brand new apartment.

Verified Renter

The apartments have a good layout, however they need to be more demanding of quiet hours and cleanliness in shared spaces. Also need to have less reserved spots and better/more parking in general. Happy with my leasing agent Tanisha and Linda who have been friendly and helpful.

Worst decision ever

In order to park your car near your building you have to pay 50 dollars additional monthly. Tenants leave trash whenever where ever no one is held accountable for trashing the property. It’s dog poop all over the grass. The so called poorly made dog park is disgusting as well. I would prefer to stay on the street than this place. I can’t wait for my lease to be up
