Great community with a wonderful staff! Always willing to assist in any way possible. The inside of my apartment is so new and nice! Definitely would recommend!

New Management
DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST Imoved in during the month of July and had issues with noise from July to August. She finally moved out. Out of the blue, it was sold to a new management company . I don’t have the manager’s email. I have called twice and there is no emergency maintenance voicemail or anything. It’s a female voicemail as if it is a regular service. Think again before moving in here my washer is not working and I have wet clothes that can form mold which is dangerous but no emergency... voicemail. Thanks for your caring about your tenant.

We do have an emergency maintenance line, but we’re... currently resolving a phone-transfer issue; there is a voicemail and this is being fixed.

Overall, the experience has been decent. The communication is good, and the staff have been super friendly and helpful. That said, I do wish the rental units were kept a bit cleaner. Also, the alarm going off at night is frustrating, usually because of careless tenants. At this point, they should start issuing fines instead of just handing out warnings.

I love the square footage but the patio is hideous. Plates and pots were left in the cabinet. The showerhead needs to be replaced. There is no saltwater pool yet it was a selling point. The living room does not come with a light as you have to install it on your own.
