Amberwood Apartments

I just moved out and here is my honest review. I was there for two years and dealt with the lack of amenities and the water issues and roaches etc but what was the last straw was the new owners and "management". The pool is still covered up and there are no events for the kids during the holidays this year like in the past. The colors on the units make them look really strange. They don't care about the residents even enough to remember our names. If you can't even remember one tenant's name... then you don't deserve my rent money. Read More

The pool is filled with dirt/grass. The buildings are now painted different colors on the outside red, purple,green, yellow etc so those pictures are outdated. They look really unattractive now because the new owner and management are trying to make them look like artsy or something but its an epic fail. We still have water issues, flooding and backups and the roaches and bedbugs are still prevalent. There are no dishwashers or garbage disposals. It's not worth the time or money they are asking... for. Moving as soon as lease expires so I won't hurt my rental credit. Read More
