Wow! where do I begin? Not what I expected at all. I'm here 4 days and still haven't unpacked my things. Everyday has something to be fixed or "patched". The kitchen cabinets are old, painted over and over to hide the smell of mildew and old. The dishwasher can't believe it that they think it can be used. The air duct?

They will win you over with treating you like you're important for the first day, but once you're moved expect it to go downhill fast.
The mail, trash, and water issues plague this community. You will constantly be fighting an uphill battle with all of these.
Maintenance and their unwillingness to do anything for you is an entire other problem that is the forefront of this complex's many problems.
The staff will treat you well when they first meet you, but following move in you are human... garbage to them.
I entirely regret moving here.

Very pleased living in this community! Quiet, clean complex, management responds quickly and issues are fixed very timely. And the security gate works 99.9% of the time! Ive lived in my share of rental communities in the area: most have had very poor management, gate was broken for weeks at a time, and staff seemed like they just didnt care about anything. This is an older complex but by far the best and most well run. Very happy living here and highly recommend.

I love living here and the staff is great. My clogged kitchen sink was fixed within 30 minutes of my request! My issues are always addressed in a timely fashion. Maintenance specialists Mel and Stephanie are friendly and professional.
