Everything looks good except that there has been several nights that my sleep has been disturbed due to the noise of upstairs walking which sounds very loud in my bedroom. This happens especially between 1:00 am to 3:00 am. As a result, I feel sleepy everyday at work. I think this is crucial, because if I cannot sleep comfortably in the apartment I have rented, then what’s the point of living in it?
BTW, I have already let the leasing office know about this more than a week ago, but the issue is… still there.

The package system is abhorrent

To whoever is running this property, fix the Luxor locker system! It’s one tiny room with no lockers climbing over huge boxes and furniture to find our packages, it’s insanity! You have a whole business building you can make this easier on the residents, we can put leave at our door but the carriers don’t listen and the leasing office can’t do anything! This is so stressful and dangerous!!! Fix this

I like it here! The rent is a bit on the pricey side and there's no elevator in every building, but it's worth it. And I love that everyone working here is friendly.
