I've lived at Verge for a year and recently renewed my lease, though this will likely be my last year. The apartments look great, but for the price, upkeep could be improved. Trash valet service is inconsistent, often leaving trash overnight, while residents are held to strict trash rules and fines. Maintenance responds quickly but often provides temporary fixes. Amenities are nice but have limited access, and the gym remains under-equipped. Common areas, stairwells, parking lots, and pool areas... need better cleaning and maintenance. Building 2000 is noticeably better maintained than others where cleanliness are lacking. Despite this, I've had no issues with pests or noisy neighbors and have enjoyed the community. Malik in the leasing office is always helpful and professional. My main concern is ongoing billing issues after transferring units, including incorrect charges and delayed credits. Better communication and accuracy with resident accounts would greatly improve the experience.

We apologize for the issues you’ve experienced with trash valet service, maintenance quality, and overall... cleanliness. We’re actively working to improve consistency across all buildings and common areas, as well as evaluating amenity enhancements.
We’re especially sorry for the billing concerns and were glad they were resolved. If there are any more concerns we ask that contact the leasing office for assistance.
