The studio apartment is a tastefully converted and fully finished former garage, furnished with a small kitchenette with microwave and kitchen essentials, a queen bed, and two pull-out sofa beds. There is also a large walk-in spa-style shower. Guests have access to the outside spaces that may be shared with guests who are renting out Side A. The entire home is available for rental as well.
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Minutes to one of the most beautiful cemeteries in the world, Bonaventure Cemetery is open to visitors year-round. Also close to downtown Savannah, Thunderbolt Historical Society, and less than an hour drive to popular beaches.

The yard is shared, and there may be guests checked into the A side, so if you're sensitive to guests next door or other sounds, consider this before booking. We have automated check-in and check-out for maximum privacy and flexibility. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on our pool, which will not disrupt your stay, but access to the yard/pool area is needed on service day.
