Excellent place to live, modern and luxurious apartments, quiet and private location, perfect for living. Excellent service from the very beginning of the process. I want to extend my congratulations to the manager, Kristina Berry, who from the start has been characterized by her professionalism, dedication, commitment, respect, and helpfulness. Excellent place to live, I recommend it 100%.

Highly Recommended

I have been here for about 4 years and even when I first moved here it was a great complex but now it has improved drastically. The staff actively listen to complaints and suggestions and they work tediously to satisfy us to the best of their ability. It’s located in a quiet area and the landscaping is well managed. Every place has room for improvement but they are doing a great job. The staff has gone out their way multiple times to enhance our every day lives and not only that; they also... create monthly events in order to bring the community together. I appreciate their effort and commitment.

Great place to live !

The lake area is nice , clean and well kept. The staff is super nice. Kristina , Bethany and Adam are always organizing fun activities and willing to help. Maintenance team is great ( shoutout to Alvin who’s always willing to assist with anything that needs fixing). Would recommend !!

Good place to live

The apartment units are so spacious and have great natural lighting which is always nice to have.
Also the view to the pond is amazing any time of the year; the gym and pool are super clean all the time.
Also the administration team is always welcoming and friendly (shoutout to CrisTina, Adam and Bethany)
Also big mention to Alvin on the maintenance team, he is such a friendly and competent person, every single time we need something fixed he does a fantastic job!

A nada le hacen mantenimiento

No le hacen mantenimiento a la piscina la luces y sombrillas no funcionan y en la oficina nunca están hasta la zona de parrilla la quitaron y nunca mas la volvieron a colocar
