Don't waste your time filling out any application especially if you don't like feeling as if u got to chase someone down for answer then when u do just to be told your denied and then acting like they wasn't the one who denied u smh and lie on top of that

I have lived here for less then a year and have had countless issues with this property. Upon moving in last August we saw at least 3 roaches a day (obviously an infestation). When was this problem fixed you may ask: Never. It's now May and we still have to call and ask for them to spray the entire apartment every other week just to keep the issue somewhat in check. SO they never really resolved anything. all of the drains clog very easily, the dishwasher has to be run twice to even clean… anything, and now there is a leak in our ceiling. The leak was the last straw for us in a long list of issues. The management is subpar, the pool is filthy and didn't open till months after it was summer so don't get excited when you see pool advertised. We have put in countless requests for our issues and they essentially slap a band aid on and call it fixed. these apartments are WAY overpriced for their actual quality.

To summarize, don't waste your money living here. There are MUCH better and cheaper places to live in Savannah. Read More

I had to give a 4 star review to be allowed to even post this. Since moving here in August we have had a major cockroach infestation that has yet to be fixed. This place is one big "band aid over a bullet hole" because every issue we've had has not actually been fixed. Our dishwasher only cleans after running it 2-3 times, the Ice maker makes ice with literal dirt in it, our ceiling now has a leak, and the AC only works in the living room. We have complained and put in maintenance requests… multiple times and nothing has been done.
I also keep noticing reviews of their "great front desk staff" and that has not been true to my experience at all. they are very short and rude and gaslight you when you complain about apartment issues. I asked if the people around us had pest issues and they LIED and said no. I went and asked my neighbors on my own and every one of them said they had pest issues that they had also complained about and had never had fixed or addressed.
Don't waste your money on this place. They are charging WAY more then this place is worth. There are much better and cheaper places to live in savannah. Read More

The maintenance is on point and on time. Front office keeps us smiling every day thank you to everyone for doing a great job.
