Belmont Park West

I have loved living here at Belmont Park. The front office ladies are all incredibly sweet and quick to respond. My dog loves to stop by on our walks just to get some love and pets. The maintenance crew is incredible!! Their response time is the same day, and they truly go above and beyond in ensuring everything is perfect. I have never felt unsafe living here. There is a great walking path around the pond for walks with your dog or your family. There are also two great dog parks where your dogs... can enjoy roaming off-leash. The only improvement needed is more parking or stricter rules on the number of cars per apartment allowed. Other than that, this is a great place to live, and it sits in the perfect location -- a 15-minute drive from downtown Savannah and 5 minute drive from Pooler. Read More

Fantastic maintenance team. Office personnel friendly and helpful. Landscaping needs a lot of attention. Dead shrubs; holes where trees removed.

There is an issue with people not picking up after their pets. Also there is not adequate parking, and many residents smoke in the neighborhood despite it not being allowed.

Our move in process was quick and easy. We love our place and it’s a quiet neighborhood too! Beautiful apartment and good people. So close to work to so my commute is very easy.
