Community seems to be okay. Lots of speeding cars through the neighborhood when the kids are outside playing. Community is clean but takes management a while to get back to you. Moving in to our new home, we’ve found a lot of issues with a brand new build.

Experience has been generally positive. Master Bathroom is poorly designed. We requested pest control but did not receive it. Irrigation system uses absurd amount of water. Pipe or sprinkler head may be broken.

I have just moved in as of August 8th. While I have enjoyed the area, and the new neighbors the move in process what a little rough. There were not clear enrollment and guidance. It would have been a little stress relieving given our long move out of state. Hopefully, after I stop in the office again, I can have all of my questions answered.
