shouldn't have to follow up on my service repair. The repair is not complete. Ive had a whole in my ceiling for weeks and not I have bugs. All was said you have a bag covering the whole and we will send pest control when they come. For a month this has been an inconvenience. I can't have company but rent is due on time.

10/10 Highly recommend

The complex is really nice! The employees are nice! The lake is nice as well! Leasing professional Rocky makes some of the best homemade cookies for the community!

Living at Marion Lake has been a great experience. I love the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful lake views, and how convenient the location is to everything I need. The staff is always friendly and professional, which makes a big difference. I also appreciate how pet-friendly the community is—my dogs enjoy the open space. I’d love to see continued improvements like expanding the dog park or making it a one-size-fits-all space that accommodates both large and small dogs safely. Overall, it’s a... wonderful place to call home.
