RUN!!!

This place is unbelievable!! They don't care about their residents or respect them. Don't know where to start! We were flooded out for almost a week without a single care. Power was out for almost a week not a care or concern. You pay for valet trash that doesn't exist. I have pictures of the mounds of trash. I had no AC for 4 months, guess what they didn't care. I had an in house washer that didn't work. My entire apartment smelled of pot...yet I don't smoke, but the 6 people living above... me did. Tried to pay my rent and they refused to accommodate my needs. Oh and they are totally rude!

Litchfield Place Apartments

The apartments are very nice in size, have very nice crown moulding, it also has a fireplace, but not a real one. The rooms are very large in size also. They only bad thing that makes living here crazy is that the walls are thin. I DO NOT recommend living on the bottom level. The neighbors upstairs stomp all day, and if they put a lot of people up there like how they did me you'll get no rest, no peace or quiet. The bangs shakes the dishes in the cabinets, rattle my pics on the wall. And you're... stuck in a lease and there is no way to stop it. So if you move here take my advice and live on the 2nd floor. If the was tolerable this will be a great apartment, but I'm breaking my lease and moving because I can't bear to continue to be uncomfortable in my own home.
