Great Management
Good size units. Friendly office staff. Cons: poorly insulated. And you will hear EVERYTHING your upstair does. Not bad if you get a top floor unit.

Very roomy apartment quiet and charming family li ch ing. Quick response when you b have an issue even in theidle of the night. Not to mention the managers are awesome.

All the employees are always so nice, and are always smiling. Star and Ernie are absolutely awesome, they make you want to stay another year!

I've been a resident at Brighton Way for 5 yrs and enjoy the community. I've been paying my rent on line for the past 3 yrs when they first offered it and I love it. It's fast, user friendly, convenient, secure and I have not had any issues Thank God. It sends me an email confirmation that my payments been received. I like that I don't have to worry about my rent payment reaching the office because someone has broken into the drop box. For any of the residents that may be skeptical it's a good... service and I'd definitely recommend it. You can also send messages and work order requests to the office.
