Our College Creek Apartments are located in West Ames right off of Lincoln Way. The studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments are right by two Cyride routes, and are a 5 minute drive to West Hy-Vee. The complex has plenty of parking and coin-operated... laundry in each building. Units come with a dishwasher, a microwave, central A/C, and a storage unit. Undergrads are welcome! Cats are allowed. Pet fees will apply.
