I moved into a studio apartment in 2021. It wasn't meant to be my full time residence but it became so. I chose it because of the location and the cyride that stops right out front. Now it's like living in a really dicey neighborhood. People stand outside and scream in the middle of the night, I almost got run over by a guy in a hige pick-up because he was flying in at about 40mph, and I have to stay in the laundry room and guard my clothes or someone will throw them on the floor. This aparment is admittedly small, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in character.

The apartment complex was built in the 80s as an addition, and it is still in very nice condition. The style is somewhat bland, but all of the appliances work, and the water is clean.

I give my apartment a 3 of 5 because it is pretty small but it fits my wife and I cozily all year long.
