Excellent college apartment

- Near three bus lines, can take three buses to and from campus
- 3 bedroom layout is the cheapest + most spacious I've seen in the area
- maintenance is super helpful and prompt when there are issues
- issues we've had: flooding due to a broken water heater, broken ac in the summer, and a broken heater during the winter
- maintenance has been super responsive every time we've had issues tho

Overall, I love the 3 bedroom. Note that it can be loud due to a high concentration of college… students, but families also live around here and seem to do fine. Also super animal friendly which is important to me. Highly recommend touring the 3 bedroom.
