Not Great
The office is impossible to get ahold of by phone, so if you need to get in contact an email works best in my experience. It also takes like three weeks to get a response to maintenance requests, but when I was there I think there was just one guy handling all maintenance (and it seemed like there was a lot of stuff being fixed constantly). The floors had to be cleaned multiple times and were STILL disgusting (not to mention the gaps in the floorboards). Dish washer kept breaking, so the whole... time I was there we just didn't have a dishwasher because of previously mentioned maintenance issues. Screen door to the balcony didn't close either. Prepare to possibly buy couch cushion covers, because the couch I had was peeling so bad you had to sweep faux leather pieces from the floor every other day (but to be fair that's almost expected from a pre-furnished place mostly rented by college students).
Frankly, the quality is to be expected for the price of rent(and it is pretty much as cheap as you'll get for the area as an individual renter). However, it can become very frustrating, very fast.
!!!Another thing to note if you already have a roommate lined up to move in with: it will be cheaper to get a $700-$800 apartment than to rent here. Rent is by room, not for the overall unit. So when it says $675 or whatever the unit price is, that is NOT split between roommates, it's what YOU will be paying.
