Nice but noisy, lacking amenities

The apartments themselves are fairly new and the units themselves are nice. Just be aware of a couple of things. The building has zero amenities other than a sad, small balcony on the back of the building with dirty, worn-out furniture and fake plants. I only ever see people using it to go outside and smoke cigarettes. For what the rent is in this building, you'd expect there to be more amenities, like maybe a small workout room, bike parking, a lobby, etc. but there is quite honestly nothing... but that balcony. There isn't even any on-site staff.

The other big thing to know is the street is LOUD. I'm talking motorcycles and oversized diesel trucks driving by on the street below, often late into the night. Sometimes the bar across the street also blasts music on outdoor speakers at late hours, and on the second floor you can also frequently hear the music from the restaurant below. If you need a quiet environment to sleep or study, this building is not for you. I have to use earplugs at night to get peaceful sleep.

Overall, the apartments are nice and the rent includes parking. But for not that much more money you can find a more quiet and peaceful place with actual amenities over in Omaha or those riverfront apartments in Council Bluffs. If you like being near dining and nightlife and don't mind noise, though, this is definitely the place for you.
