Lived here over a year now and any issues I had maintenance fixed promptly. Any concerns or issues Madison cleared them up for me as well. My unit is super nice and minimal issues. Also great views from both sides of building! No issues with tenants either!

Living here is not worth the headache.

Management is among the worst I have ever dealt with. From the people who live in the building to the maintenance issues, this building is a problem.

I have lived in the building less than one year and the problems are many:
- Fights involving police being called.
- Elevators breaking down and trapping people inside. This happens more than once and they rarely work.
- Multiple units with heat and maintenance/management not taking steps to solve the... problem correctly.
- Black mold in units forcing management to move tenants to other units.
- Broken windows that lack screens.
- Major drug usage, including the constant smell of marijuana throughout the building.
- Prostitution in the building by one of the tenants.

When local management is made aware of issues, they place blame on the management company based out of Texas and say there are no funds. When tenants make complaints to management, nothing gets done.
