Mail cannot be received at this location, and package deliveries are not accepted. The property assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. All fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the lockbox; failure to do so will result in a replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Guests are liable for any damage or theft caused by them or their visitors, with charges up to 120% of the repair or replacement cost.
