The apartment is within walking distance from the Skywalk that connects the entire city, and easily accessible via Uber, Lyft, or bus.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 PM, and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 AM. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and no more than the specified number of guests are allowed on the premises at any given time. Large gatherings and/or parties are NOT allowed. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If the property determines that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, it reserves the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. The property shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. The property reserves the right to charge guests for 120 percent of such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result of the damage and/or theft. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation. To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, you will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. Please be aware that the building itself is not managed by us, and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us. We do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the elevator, pool, gym, and recreation lounge. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay. Guests cannot receive mail at this location.
